Privacy policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
This policy explains what Axinem collects when you use this website, send an enquiry, or talk to the Axinem AI assistant, and what happens to that information afterwards.
Who we are
Axinem is a brand of [[registered company name]], [[registered address]]. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, write to [[privacy contact email]].
What we collect
Enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect what you type into it, along with your name and the contact details you give us.
The AI assistant. Before a chat or a call begins we ask for your full name and phone number, and optionally your email address. We ask for these so a person can follow up afterwards; the assistant will not start without the name and phone number.
Conversations. We keep what is said to the assistant. For text chat, that is the transcript. For voice, that is an audio recording and a transcript of the call. The assistant may also record details you mention in conversation, such as your business name or what you want built.
Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request information in order to serve the site and to protect it from abuse.
Talking to an AI
The Axinem AI assistant is software, not a person, and we tell you so before you start. It can be wrong. Nothing it says is a quote, a commitment, a price, a delivery date, or advice you should rely on — only a written confirmation from the Axinem team is.
Voice calls are recorded. If you would rather not be recorded, use the text chat or the contact form instead.
Please don’t share payment details, passwords, government ID numbers, health information, or anyone else’s personal details with the assistant. It doesn’t need them, and we don’t want them.
A person reviews assistant conversations that lead to follow-up. No decision with a legal or similarly significant effect on you is made by the assistant alone.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and talk to you about the work you’re asking about; to keep a record of that conversation so a colleague can pick it up; to improve how the assistant answers; and to meet our own legal and accounting obligations.
Where the law requires a lawful basis, we rely on your consent for the assistant and for optional cookies, on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time; that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records and assistant conversations for [[retention period, e.g. 24 months from last contact]], unless we still need them for an active project, a contract, or a legal obligation. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to take it elsewhere, and to withdraw consent. Write to [[privacy contact email]] and we will respond within the time the law allows.
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to [[governing law / supervisory authority]].
Children
This site and the assistant are meant for business enquiries and are not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to [[privacy contact email]] and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when what we do changes, and change the date at the top. If the change is material, we will ask you for your cookie choice again.
